On June 12th 2018, Owen Hanks, CEO of Measure Protocol, took to the stage at IIeX 2018 Atlanta as part of the IIeX Insight Innovation startup competition. Owen had five minutes to pitch and impress a panel of judges which included individuals from Kantar and Forrester.
There were a total of 27 entrants in the competition which the public could vote on. Twelve, including 4 blockchain companies, made it to the on-stage judging round. This event has a history of shining a light on next-generation disrupters in the market research and insights industry. Past winners include ZappiStore and Remesh AI who have both established themselves within the industry and have experienced considerable and rapid growth.
We are proud to say that Measure is now part of the winner's circle for innovation in market research. Blockchain has the opportunity to rewrite the rules of engagement for how researchers and respondents engage in and with market research, and we’re excited to be part of it.
We set out to utilize blockchain in market research in a way that creates a marketplace where the economics can pay respondents fairly and emphasize transparency and data quality for everyone - and we believe this is a game changer.
