Measure :  building the world’s first ethical and transparent human data marketplace. 

The world we live in is awash in data: what we watch and wear, who we know, what we do, and how we live our lives. Unfortunately, most of this data exists in databases owned and controlled by corporations and we have very little say in when and where it gets used, let alone being compensated for its use.

We think there is a better way.

We believe that data should ultimately be controlled and managed by the data creator - i.e the individual. We are building Measure to make that dream a reality. 

It’s a bold mission with a lot of complexities, but we believe there is a real opportunity to change how we manage and monetize our data lives with more control, and in a way that benefits us personally, and as a society as a whole with better data supported decisions.

Measure has recently raised investment from both venture capital and strategic firms.


Role Description

Measure is seeking its first sales lead. The ideal candidate will already be a proven sales performer and preferably will have experience selling services to the market research and insights industry. Measure aims to be the global default for  ethical and quality person based data and as such we are seeking a hungry and dynamic sales leader who can be an individual contributor but also help us grow the sales organisation. The role will require the individual to set up meetings : in person and video conference call with clients in the UK and overseas.

Some international travel will be required

  • Work collaboratively with the client, internal departments as well as external partners to deliver exceptional customer experience with every project


  • Minimum 3-5 years sales and customer service experience
  • University degree with strong academic performance
  • Strong contacts with market research/ insights/ data
